Our gym is equipped with top-of-the-line Technogym machines and free weights. It is designed for a balanced full-body workout, with zones for targeting different muscle groups. MyFitness experienced personal trainers are always happy to help you.
Group Trainings
The club has a spacious group training studio where we offer a variety of workouts. The club’s schedule includes suitable options for both beginners and experienced trainers. The workouts include both MyFitness’s own concepts and Les Mills concept trainings.
BOXBOX
A boxing studio with a unique concept! Jab, hook, uppercut – it’s a full-body workout experience. Good music and boxing punches guarantee an effective calorie burn and a refreshing change to your day within 50 minutes!
Personal Training and Consultation
Working with a personal trainer helps you achieve your goals more efficiently. Personal training offers you knowledge of safe and effective exercises tailored to your fitness level. MyFitness trainers are specialists who provide reliable support throughout your training journey. Personal training is available individually, with a friend, or in small groups.
