Do you already have or are you in the process of acquiring a personal trainer certificate and do you see yourself working as a personal trainer in the future? Record video clips of you instructing a beginner client on three of the exercises below. In each video, instruct the client in the exercise according to his ability 1 progression or 1 regression.

Selection of exercises:

  • Squat
  • Deadlift
  • Lunge
  • Hip thrust
  • Push-up
  • Military press
  • Pulldown
