Terms and conditions of ”WAKE UP” campaign
„Wake Up“ campaign takes place 10.09.2018 – 30.11.2018; it is organised by MyFitness AS sports clubs in Estonia (also Campaign organiser).
- Participation in ”Wake Up” campaign
- Only existing MyFitness members can participate in ”Wake Up” (children and junior packages excluded). My Fitness AS employees cannot participate in the campaign.
- The winner of the raffle can win the prize only once during the campaign, thus the winning club member cannot participate in following prize draws.
- „Wake Up“ campaign prizes
- During the campaign period 6 x iPhone 8 Red Edition phones from Valge Klaar will be raffled off among all members of MyFitness.
- Prize draws take place:
- 21.09.2018
- 05.10.2018
- 19.10.2018
- 02.11.2018
- 16.11.2018
- 30.11.2018
- Names of the winners will be published on ”Wake Up” website and its Facebook page. Winners will be contacted personally during 7 business days after the prize draw.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Winner’s or his representative’s possible travel costs etc. related to receiving the prize will not be compensated.
- The winner can receive his/hers prize at the „Valge Klaar“ showroom (Tartu mnt. 50a, Tallinn) after presenting his/hers ID.
- Prizes are issued until 28.12.2018.
- Accepting the prize by winner is considered as granting an authorization to use winner’s name in the media, advertising, PR campaigns and other events without paying an additional fee to the winner and without signing corresponding agreement.
- The Organiser has unilateral right to cancel the campaign and to stop the issue of prizes in cases when the rules are violated, or force majeure circumstances, immediately notifying the campaign participants via website and social media.
- All complaints in relation to the organization and/or the conduct must be submitted in writing until 28.12.2018 by e-mail to the address madness@myfitness.ee with the tag “”Wake Up””. Complaint must contain requester’s first and last name and a description of possible dissatisfaction. Campaign organizer shall review the complaints within 5 working days from the date of receiving the complaint and notify the requester’s of its decision in writing to the address specified in the complaint.
