Our gym is equipped with top-of-the-line Technogym machines and free weights. It is designed for a balanced full-body workout, with zones for targeting different muscle groups. MyFitness experienced personal trainers are always happy to help you.

The club features spacious group training studios offering a variety of workouts. The schedule includes options for beginners as well as experienced members, featuring both MyFitness-exclusive and Les Mills training concepts.

An effective and popular Reformer Pilates workout combining fitness exercises, stretches, and bends. A full-body workout that ensures good posture and toned muscles.

At MyFitness Rocca al Mare, you’ll find a dedicated CrossTraining area. This versatile training program develops strength, endurance, and agility through a variety of exercises.

Working with a personal trainer helps you achieve your goals more efficiently. Personal training offers you knowledge of safe and effective exercises tailored to your fitness level. MyFitness trainers are specialists who provide reliable support throughout your training journey. Personal training is available individually, with a friend, or in small groups.

The club features steam and Finnish saunas, ideal for relaxing and recovering after an intense workout.

The swimming pool at MyFitness Rocca al Mare is perfect for athletes, recreational swimmers, and children. It includes a 10m x 25m pool, a children’s pool, a jacuzzi, and steam and Finnish saunas. Group classes like water aerobics, adult swimming lessons, and children’s training are available, as well as private swimming lessons.
