MyFitness Viimsi is located in Viimsi Centre, which can be accessed from the second floor of the centre or from the door on Randvere Road.

Services

Our gym is equipped with top-of-the-line Technogym machines and free weights. It is designed for a balanced full-body workout, with zones for targeting different muscle groups. MyFitness experienced personal trainers are always happy to help you.

The club features spacious group training studios offering a variety of workouts. The schedule includes options for beginners as well as experienced members, featuring both MyFitness-exclusive and Les Mills training concepts.

A uniquely designed high-intensity training studio where you can combine cardio and strength training. The studio features the Technogym SkillMill, an ideal machine for running, leg training, and core muscle exercises. Come and discover its exciting features and impact on your body.

Working with a personal trainer helps you achieve your goals more efficiently. Personal training offers you knowledge of safe and effective exercises tailored to your fitness level. MyFitness trainers are specialists who provide reliable support throughout your training journey. Personal training is available individually, with a friend, or in small groups.

The club has a Finnish sauna where you can relax and recover after an intense workout.

We have set up an active and fun playroom for children, where professional and always cheerful caretakers look after them. Bring your child to play with us and enjoy your workout worry-free!

Personal training

Book a trial training session

You can attend a trial training session at any MyFitness club only once. Participation in group training is subject to availability. A trial session costs €3.
