This seminar is designed by Bryan Romano Farani for both professionals (personal trainers, physiotherapists, professional athletes, etc)
and general public(intermediateand experienced lifters. Not for beginners in strength training) who would like to get stronger on Deadlifts and Bench Press, learn how to program and progress with their training. The seminar will be split into 4 lectures and 4 trainings, on the 22nd and 23rd of October.

  • Lecture 1: Deadlift – Anatomy, Variations and Periodisation
  • Lecture 2: Deadlift – From Exercise to Therapy
  • Lecture 3: Bench Press – Technique, Muscular Activity and Injury Risk
  • Lecture 4: Bench Press – Periodization, Speed Bench and Accessory Exercises for Sticking Points

Starting at 9AM on both days, the lectures will last around 90 minutes, followed by one training where we will put to practice everything we just learned. The 2nd lecture will be at 4PM also followed by the 2nd training of the day.

If you are looking for improvements in your Deadlift and Bench Press, if youwant to learn progress with your training and get stronger on those exercises, this is the right place to be.
