While exercising on the cardio machines at the MyFitness Viimsi club, you can enjoy the spaciousness and beautiful views! In the gym you can take part in StrongBody classes and the popular CrossTraining classes. In two spacious workout studios of MyFitness Viimsi, we offer our own concept workouts designed by MyFitness trainers, as well as the popular Les Mills workouts, different styles of yoga and Pilates workouts with a variety of equipment. In addition, our schedule includes youth training for children from 12 to 15 years old.
