Due to missing push tokens following SK ID Solutions latest Smart-ID app release for Android, resulting in higher failure rates for end users who do not receive a push message and do not open the app manually.
1. Open the Smart-ID application. 2. Select the main menu from the top-left corner. 3. Tap on menu item “Reset push notifications”. 4. In this view press the “Reset” button.
To log in, you need a card reader and a valid ID-card. Insert the ID-card into the card reader and press "Next".
