April 18–19, we invite all 14–16-year-olds to take part in a gym workshop training program!
Over the course of two days, under the guidance of personal trainers, you’ll gain valuable knowledge and practical skills that will make working out at the gym easier and more effective.
During the workshop, you will learn:
- How to train effectively at the gym.
- How to eat consciously and healthily.
- How to perform exercises correctly and safely.
- How to independently plan and carry out your workouts.
- How to develop your physical strength and self-confidence.
All participants will have a chance to win one of seven pairs of awesome Nike Metcon Free training shoes.

PRICE PER PARTICIPANT: 2-day workshop total price is 20 EUR.

To register, send an email with the subject “Workshop for Youth” to: rein.kahro@myfitness.ee and specify which club’s workshop you would like to attend. An invoice will be sent to your email for payment. Once the invoice is paid, the participant will be officially registered for the workshop.
