Personal trainer Martin Tikk is looking forward to joining the group for anyone who wants to:

  • improve their appearance and physical fitness.
  • learn the basics of conscious strength training and balanced nutrition.
  • boost their confidence and quality of life.
  • train together with a trainer and peers towards a “better self.

Group I:

  • Mon 10:00 – 11:00

Group II:

  • Mon 11:00 – 12:00

Group III:

  • Mon 12:00 – 13:00

Group IV:

  • Mon 13:00 – 14:00

Group V:

  • Mon 16:30 – 17:30

Group VI:

  • Mon 17:30 – 18:30

Group VII:

  • Mon 18:30 – 19:30

Group VIII:

  • Mon 19:30 – 20:30

Detailed overview and description of the program:

  • The training program begins on March 24 with a body analysis, followed by the first workout.
  • Throughout the program, we will work through the entire body, learning proper technique for various strength exercises as well as strength training methodologies. The training sessions are based on scientifically proven methods. We will also take a closer look at nutrition and make the necessary adjustments to your diet.
  • The training program ends on May 5 with a body analysis, followed by the final workout.
  • The program is suitable for both beginners and more advanced participants.

NB! Missed sessions will not be compensated, but the trainer will provide a personalized workout plan for you to follow on your own.

Payment for the program is made on-site at the MyFitness Tartu Lõunakeskus club. The total cost for 7 sessions is €175, which means the price per session is only €25 instead of the regular €60.

Only 4 people will be admitted to each group!

There is an option to continue working together even after the program ends!
