This program is for both men and women. No previous training experience required.

Morning group – Tue & Thu 08:30–09:30
Midday group – Tue & Thu 12:00–13:00
Afternoon group – Tue & Thu 15:00–16:00
Evening group 1 – Mon & Wed 17:30–18:30
Evening group 2 – Tue & Thu 17:30–18:30
Evening group 3 – Tue & Thu 18:45–19:45
Optional extra workouts on Fridays at 08:30 / 12:00 / 15:00 for an additional €25/session (minimum 2 participants required).
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
NB!This is a life-changing experience! So think carefully – are you ready to feel stronger, better, and more confident by the end of the program?
If it’s important to you that after each workout you feel a pleasant buzz in your body and get a break from everyday worries for an hour – then this training is for you.
You’ll notice positive changes in both your mood and physical abilities after just a few sessions.
We’ll laugh, sweat, and grow stronger – both mentally and physically. My genuine belief in your potential will give you extra motivation and inner strength. What seems impossible today could be your reality tomorrow!
The program includes 3 body analyses – at the first session, halfway through, and at the end. This ensures a clear overview of your progress and helps maintain focus on your personal goals.
You don’t need any gym or workout experience to join. The program suits beginners, intermediates, and advanced levels.
The main goal is to help participants build a sustainable workout routine so they can continue confidently even after the program ends. There’s also an option to continue in the advanced group later.
During the program, we work toward becoming better versions of ourselves – for today, tomorrow, and life ahead.
We’ll build strength and endurance, learn correct techniques, train using machines, free weights, and bodyweight, improve posture, boost confidence, and support each other.
The program supports weight loss! All participants will receive healthy eating guidelines if desired.

- NB! Missed sessions are not compensated, but a personal workout plan will be provided. In exceptional cases and only by agreement with the trainer, missed sessions can be made up in another group (with the same trainer) within 7 days.
- Total cost: €350, paid in two installments.
Payment is made on-site at MyFitness Rocca al Mare.
First installment (€175) before the first session, second installment (€175) before the 8th session.
