The program is designed for men only – expect serious effort and masculine humor.

All men are welcome who want to:

Mon: 8:30 – 9:30

Midday group:

Evening group 1:
Mon: 17:30 – 18:30

Optional extra training sessions available on Fridays at 8:30 / 12:00 / 15:00 for an additional fee (€25 per session). Sessions will take place if at least 2 people join.

If it’s important to you that after each workout you feel a pleasant buzz in your body and get a break from everyday worries for an hour – then this training is for you.
You’ll notice positive changes in your well-being and physical ability after just a few sessions. Throughout the program, we’ll both laugh and push our limits – strengthening both body and mind.
My sincere belief in your abilities will help boost your motivation and help you find extra strength to reach your goals. What seems impossible today will be your reality tomorrow!
The program includes 3 body analyses – during the first session, mid-program, and final session – to ensure continuous tracking of your progress and help keep the focus on each participant’s personal goals.
No prior gym or workout experience is required to join. The program is suitable for beginners, those continuing their journey, and advanced participants alike.
The main goal of the group is to help establish a solid workout routine so you can continue just as consistently after the program ends. If desired, you’ll have the opportunity to continue in an advanced group.
Throughout the program, we’ll build a better version of ourselves – for today, tomorrow, and the rest of our lives. We’ll become stronger and more resilient through fun and effective workouts, learn proper exercise technique, train in the gym using machines, free weights, and bodyweight, improve posture, boost self-esteem, and support each other along the way.

- NB! Missed sessions are not compensated. However, the trainer will provide a personal training plan to follow independently. In exceptional cases and only by agreement with the trainer, it’s possible to make up the missed session with another group (led by the same trainer) within 7 days.
- Total program cost: €350, paid in two parts (€175 x 2) and includes 14 workouts. Payment is made on-site at MyFitness Rocca al Mare.
First installment is due before the first session, and the second before the 8th session.
