Join the youth-focused “Young&Strong” training program!

Location: MyFitness Kristiine
Program duration: The program runs from 16.03 to 27.04.2025. There will be a total of 7 training sessions.
Time: Sundays from 17:00 to 18:00
Who is the program for and what will we do?
- The training is aimed at young people aged 14–16 who are interested in the gym. No prior experience is needed – we’ll start from scratch, learn the basics of exercise techniques, and build self-confidence through that.
- We’ll promote a healthier lifestyle both physically and mentally – we’ll cover the basics of nutrition, how to build a workout routine, and why discipline matters more than motivation.
- We’ll create a supportive and fun group – beyond just working out, a great goal is also to make new friends. The kind who’ll cheer you on to get that last tough rep done!
My goals as a trainer:
- To create a supportive and comfortable environment for participants
- To raise awareness about health and wellbeing
- To give everyone equal attention in a small group
- To make strength training your favorite part of the day!
NB! Missed sessions will not be compensated, but the trainer will provide a personalized workout plan for individual training.
Payment for the program is made on-site at MyFitness Kristiine. You’ll need to pay for all 7 sessions at once – €126 in total, which makes each session only €18 instead of the usual €50!
For non-members, an additional entrance fee of €6.50 per session applies.
Group size: Limited to 4 participants!
