Take some time for yourself – in October we support mental health!
In October, we invite you to participate in Mental Health Tuesdays. Every Tuesday, MyFitness sports clubs in Tallinn, Tartu, Viljandi and Narva host special “body and mind” trainings for beginners. On October 24, you can also take part in two workshops:
- At 18:00 at the MyFitness Viru club in Tallinn, trainer Maarja Jõgi will talk about yoga exercises and conscious breathing in home practice and everyday life.
- At 18:00 at the MyFitness Kesklinna club in Tartu, trainer Maarja-Liis Loo will talk about how yoga and conscious breathing support mental health.
All Mental Health Tuesday special trainings and workshops for non-members at a special price of 5 Euros. Free for MyFitness members. You can find the detailed schedule below, as well as all workouts with a special mark “Suitable for beginners!” on our schedule.
