MyFit abs is an original training concept by MyFitness trainers and focuses on the core muscles. The class takes only 30 minutes but is very effective. The main workout is concentrated on the abs and back muscles and helps to build up a strong core. The strength of the core muscles is the real measure of your full strength; these muscles are essential for a proper execution of toughest exercises. Training program changes every two months; the training is suitable for everybody.
