This body and mind workout is performed with calm music; it strengthens the superficial and the deep abdominal and back muscles. During the workout Bosu balls and fitballs are also used to increase the scale and depth of the movements. Other training tools include dumbbells, elastic belts, foot weights and (stuffed) balls of different weight. The restoration of the muscle length and elasticity is achieved through efficient stretching exercises. Exercises are performed with proper breathing.
