All My Fitness clubs have well-equipped gyms that offer an excellent selection of cardio machines, free-weights areas, functional areas and stretching areas. The gym equipment includes machines and devices manufactured by such companies as Technogym, LifeFitness, Gym80, Matrix and HammerStrength.

All gyms have on-duty instructors who can always provide advice regarding exercise; their working hours can be found in our schedule. Always feel free to turn to on-duty instructors with any questions!
